Questions

What companies ask first.

How fast do offers come in?

We start the moment you confirm your request and show every reply as it arrives. How fast providers answer is up to them; we follow up, and we tell you when we do.

What does it cost to request?

Nothing. Requesting is free and there is no subscription: you pay for the stay you book.

Do I need an account?

Not to start. You can describe your project and see who matches without an account, and nothing is sent until you confirm.

What if nobody has room?

Then you hear it from us, not from silence. We follow up with providers who have not answered and can widen the radius or look at other dates with you. A named person from our operations team takes over when it needs judgement.

Can we change or extend a booking?

Yes. Worker counts can change with notice, and extending is one tap on your side and one on the provider’s. The current booking stays valid at every step; if the provider cannot extend, we source rooms nearby.

Which countries do you work in?

Across Europe, wherever the work is. The process is the same in every country: one request, sourcing within the radius you set, and offers you can compare.
