Who is responsible
the company that operates Workbeds (“Workbeds”, “we”) is responsible for the personal data described here (the controller under the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.
Who receives your data
- Accommodation providers receive the details of a request (place, group size, dates, requirements and, if you allow it, the budget), without your company name. Your name and on-site contact are shared only when you book.
- Companies that book with a provider receive the provider’s offer and business details.
- Vercel hosts this website and runs our server functions.
- Anthropic processes the questions you type in the chat assistant to produce an answer.
These service providers process data on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
The chat assistant
The assistant is an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic). Your question and the conversation so far are sent from our server to Anthropic to write the answer; the assistant only answers from the content of this website. Anthropic does not use data sent through its commercial API to train its models, and keeps it only for a limited period under its own policies.
Please do not type personal details such as phone numbers or ID numbers in the chat. The conversation is kept in your browser tab so you can move between pages; it is gone when you close the tab. Answers can be wrong: for anything binding, talk to a person.
Data outside the EU
Vercel and Anthropic are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy in a common format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us (see who is responsible); we answer within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority, in particular in the country where you live or work.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it for the purposes above. The chat’s API key and form handling stay on the server and never reach your browser.
Changes
When what we do with personal data changes, we update this notice and the date at the top.
